Аннотация: Статья посвящена вопросам совершенствования механизмов мониторинга
результатов профессиональной деятельности специалистов по физической культуре и спорту
на основе цифровых технологий, в частности, рассматривается пример учреждений
переподготовки и повышения квалификации специалистов. В статье анализируются
ограничения традиционных методов мониторинга и предлагаются пути решения этих проблем
с использованием цифровых инструментов, таких как носимые устройства, искусственный
интеллект, интернет вещей и анализ больших данных. На основе научной литературы и
практических примеров показана роль цифровых технологий в оптимизации образовательного
процесса, обеспечении объективной оценки и внедрении индивидуальных подходов. В
результате подчеркивается, что использование этих технологий способствует повышению
качества образования и стимулированию профессионального развития специалистов, а также
определяются направления будущих исследований.
Ключевые слова: цифровые технологии, мониторинг профессиональной деятельности,
физическая культура и спорт, переподготовка специалистов, институты повышения
квалификации, искусственный интеллект, носимые устройства, интернет вещей, анализ
