om bo h he public and s akeholde s. The aim is o ensu e ha he solu ions de eloped a e genuinely
emb aced h ough collabo a i e endea o s.
This epo se es o p esen he analyses conduc ed by he esea ch g oup COSOYPA om he Uni e si y
o San iago de Compos ela, on e alua ing he a i udes and belie s held by s akeholde s ha may ei he
hinde o acili a e he adop ion o beha io s conduci e o ans o ma i e change. The indings p esen ed
he ein pe ain speci ically o he analysis o di e en wo kshops and mee ings ca ied ou in h ee o he
si es o he p ojec : Galicia, Guadeloupe and O is ano. COSOYPA's assessmen ocused on disce ning
s akeholde a i udes and belie s ha could po en ially impac hei emb ace o ans o ma ional
beha io s as p oposed in WP1 on Inno a ion ecosys ems o ans o ma ional adap a ion in
demons a o s. The co e objec i e o he analysis was o bo h iden i y sha ed elemen s and disce n sub le
dis inc ions wi hin hem using a s anda dized app oach. This analy ical p ocess is designed o
me hodically s uc u e and elucida e he a ailable in o ma ion, hus acili a ing a mo e p ecise
iden i ica ion o pi o al ac o s ha migh impac he ecep ion o dismissal o he p oposed solu ions.
By doing so, his epo lays down a obus g oundwo k o analyse social accep ance. This esou ce is
p oposed o suppo subsequen p ojec phases. The esul s o his epo a e expec ed o yield aluable
insigh s ha can signi ican ly bene i bo h WP6 and WP7. Fo he WP6, hese insigh s can shed ligh on
how EU ci izens pe cei e he p ojec 's solu ions and hei po en ial applicabili y in o he EU egions. Fo
he WP7, his epo p o ides a deepe unde s anding o s akeholde a i udes and p e e ences, making
a meaning ul con ibu ion o he e ol ing clima e policy landscape. These insigh s can be used o ailo
planned communica ion ac ions, such as social media and he p ojec 's public websi e.
Acco dingly, his epo is s uc u ed as ollowing: Fi s , he me hod ollowed o analyze he in o ma ion
collec ed wi h s akeholde s is discussed. In his sec ion, he p o ile o s akeholde s in ol ed in he p ojec
is desc ibed. The s akeholde p o ile o he p ojec a ies by egion, wi h pa icipan s p ima ily om key
economic sec o s like ag icul u e, aquacul u e, and ou ism. In Galicia, ep esen a i es om p i a e
sec o associa ions ac i ely pa icipa ed, while in O is ano, in ol emen ex ended o bo h public and
p i a e sec o ac o s. Guadeloupe saw pa icipa ion om ins i u ional ep esen a i es and in es o s.
The da a analysis p ocess in ol ed quali a i e con en analysis using ATLAS. i e sion 23. I encompassed
se e al phases: 1) Building a coding sys em h ough an induc i e app oach; 2) Di iding he da a in o
coding uni s, ensu ing single coding pe seman ic domain; and 3) Tes ing he coding sys em o eliabili y.
Nex a e discussed he esul s in ables by seman ic domain and o si e compa isons. The con en
analysis o s akeholde pe cep ions yielded insigh s ac oss se en seman ic domains.1) Clima e Change
(consequences o clima e change, such as empe a u e shi s, ecosys em changes, biodi e si y decline,
and he p oli e a ion o in asi e species); 2) Consequences o Clima e Change in Sec o s (e ec s and
epe cussions o clima e change on a ious economic sec o s, including dec eased p oduc i i y and
ad e se economic impac s); 3 and 4) Pe cep ion o Dis ance/P oximi y: (Wi hin his domain,
s akeholde s' psychological dis ance om o p oximi y o clima e change is analysed); 5) Sec o ial
Dynamics (challenges ela ed o s akeholde coo dina ion, go e nmen policies, da a a ailabili y, and
esponses o changing ma ke condi ions); 6. Sec o ial Requi emen s (needs o a ious sec o s, including
economic iabili y, na u e-based solu ions, egula o y adjus men s, sus ainabili y e o s, socie al
changes, echnological inno a ions, moni o ing sys ems, and business model ans o ma ions); and 7)
A i udes and Responses wi h P oposed Solu ions (how indi iduals and communi ies engage wi h and
e alua e p oposed clima e change solu ions. I includes collabo a ion, adap a ion, and ques ioning).
These esul s a e shaped by speci ic egional con ex s, wi h Galicia emphasizing empe a u e shi s and
da a-d i en decision-making, Guadeloupe ocusing on ex eme wea he e en s and challenges in

ela ed o clima e adap a ion and go e nance. Fu he mo e, we p opose a p o ocol o ga he ing his
ype o in o ma ion in u u e occasions.
In his ask, we del e in o he iden i ica ion o ba ie s ha could po en ially hinde he success ul
implemen a ion o p oposed solu ions and impede beha io al change. Ou goal is o pinpoin obs acles
ha may obs uc he execu ion o hese solu ions. This analysis d aws om documen s gene a ed a e
consul a ions wi h s akeholde s h ough wo kshops and mee ings whe e pa icipan s we e in oduced o
clima e p ojec ions and po en ial solu ions ela ed o a ious p ojec si es.

o beha io s essen ial o ans o ma i e change. The insigh s gained om he implemen a ion o

beha io s. By iden i ying hese a i udes and belie s, we can disce n bo h ba ie s and acili a o s o he

on En isioning ans o ma i e pa hways o he demons a o s and T4.1. on Beha iou al change

In his s udy, we examined documen s collec ed om h ee dis inc si es o unde s and s akeholde
pe cep ions o clima e change p ojec ions, si e-speci ic issues, and hei iews on p oposed solu ions. As
a esul , his s udy o e s bo h a comp ehensi e analysis by seman ic domain and an analysis based on
he h ee p ojec si es ha sha ed hei p ima y indings om consul a ions conduc ed du ing wo kshops
and mee ings wi h a ious s akeholde s. He e, we p esen he esul s o ou analysis, which aimed o
iden i y commonali ies and nuances wi hin he p oposals om each si e using a s anda dized app oach
(Willig & S ain on-Roge s, 2017). The p ima y objec i e o his analysis is o sys ema ically o ganize and
cla i y he a ailable in o ma ion, hus enabling a mo e p ecise iden i ica ion o key ac o s ha could
in luence he accep ance o ejec ion o p oposed solu ions. Ul ima ely, his epo es ablishes a obus
ounda ion o in o med decision-making, wi h he po en ial o guide u u e p ojec s ages h ough i s
comp ehensi e and in-dep h examina ion o he da a collec ed on social accep ance.
