In ecen yea s, he e has been inc eased a[enUon paid a he EU and OECD le el
o he impo ance o he u al communi y and i s de elopmen . I eland has been
no excepUon in acknowledging and emphasising he impo ance o u al
communiUes in he coun y’s g ow h and de elopmen , along wi h he well-being
