Phylogene icanalysisp o ides impo an insigh sin he s udy

phylogene icclus e ing(Win e e al.,2009;Lososo áe al.,2015a;
Loiola e  al., 2018), phylogene ic o e dispe sion (Ge hold e  al.,
2011;Bezenge al.,2013),o noappa en associa ion(Ca alloand

2 | METHODS
2.1 | S udy a ea and da a collec ion
This s udy was conduc ed in he ipa ian o es s and he ophy e
communi ies o  ni i ied i e  ba s in se e al Can ab ian i e s o 
no he nSpain(Figu e1a).These i e sa esho ands eep,wi h
as  unningwa e sandmode a e low educ ioninsumme when
i e ba seme ge(Liendoe al.,2015;Liendoe al.,2016).Ripa ian
o es s include alde  (Alnus glu inosa) and ash (F axinus excelsio )
o es so  heassocia ionsHype ico and osaemi-Alne um glu inosae
and S egnog ammo pozoi-Alne um glu inosae (Biu un e  al., 2016;

3 | RESULTS

lies (12.5% and 13.6%, espec i ely), whils  a  he genus le el
