such as Down’s synd ome (T isomy 21), Edwa ds synd ome (T isomy 18), and Pa au synd ome (T isomy 13).
Fi s imes e sc eening combines ma e nal se um bioma ke s— ee β-Human Cho ionic Gonado opin (β-
HCG) and P egnancy Associa ed Plasma P o ein A (PAPP-A)—wi h ul asound pa ame e s like Nuchal
T anslucency (NT) and C own Rump Leng h (CRL). These inpu s, when analyzed using alida ed so wa e
such as SSDW, allow o ea ly, non-in asi e isk s a i ica ion. By in eg a ing biochemical and sonog aphic
