The ADPLL con igu ed in h ee di e en modes was exposed o h ee di e en ions (Xe, K , and A )
wi h Linea Ene gy T ans e (LET) alues anging om 58.5 MeVcm2/mg o 9.7 MeVcm2/mg. Fo each
ion, a luence o 1.5×106 ions/cm2 and a lux o 1000 ions/cm2/s was achie ed o each ADPLL
con igu a ion. The es s we e conduc ed in ai mode wi hou il ing.
