ABSTRACT: The objec i e o his s udy was o de e mine how cul u al inno a ion and go e nance a e ela ed in p omo ing
sus ainable social change in he Popula Chambe o Ji ón Amazonas, Lima–2024. The p oblem posed was: How a e cul u al
inno a ion and go e nance ela ed in his con ex ? The gene al hypo hesis es ablished ha cul u al inno a ion is posi i ely ela ed
o go e nance. The esea ch was conduc ed using a basic quan i a i e pa adigm wi h a bi a ia e co ela ional design. The popula ion
consis ed o 201 en ep eneu s, om which a sample o 130 was ob ained. The esul s showed ha cul u al inno a ion is posi i ely
ela ed o go e nance, p esen ing a high and signi ican co ela ion. I is concluded ha cul u al inno a ion is a key ac o in
s eng hening go e nance and p omo ing sus ainable social change in u ban communi ies.

INTRODUCTION
In a global con ex whe e ci ies ace a se ies o economic, social, and en i onmen al challenges, cul u al inno a ion and e ec i e
go e nance ha e eme ged as c ucial ools o p omo ing sus ainable social change. The Popula Chambe o Ji ón Amazonas, in
Lima, is a ep esen a i e example o his p oblem: i is a his o ic space o comme ce and social ga he ing ha , despi e i s cul u al
ele ance, shows limi a ions ela ed o economic in o mali y, low ci izen pa icipa ion, and insu icien coo dina ion be ween public
and p i a e ac o s. This si ua ion di ec ly a ec s he sus ainable de elopmen o he communi y and es ic s i s abili y o adap o
social and economic changes. In his con ex , he esea ch seeks o add ess how cul u al inno a ion and e ec i e go e nance can
con ibu e o he esolu ion o hese p oblems, p omo ing sus ainable social change in he communi y. The e o e, by in eg a ing
local cul u e in o he de elopmen o policies and p ojec s, a sense o belonging and social cohesion can be os e ed, while p omo ing
inclusi e economic de elopmen . Cul u al inno a ion in ol es no only he p ese a ion o cul u al iden i y, bu also i s adap a ion
and e olu ion in esponse o con empo a y challenges. The Popula Chambe o Ji ón Amazonas, as a ep esen a i e body o

go e nance and con ibu es o p omo ing sus ainable social change in he Popula Chambe o Ji ón Amazonas. In his way, i seeks
o p o ide use ul knowledge o he o mula ion o public policies, he s eng hening o ci izen pa icipa ion, and he p ese a ion
o cul u al he i age in u ban communi ies.

The s udy analyzed he in luence o en ep eneu ial managemen cul u e on
inno a ion in SMEs in Piu a in 2019, wi h a sample o 382 companies. Using
a nonexpe imen al co ela ional desc ip i e design, he esul s showed ha
his cul u e has a signi ican in luence on inno a ion: 9.9% o companies
wi h a high en ep eneu ial cul u e de eloped inno a ion, while 59.7% wi h
a low cul u e did no . The hypo hesis was con i med by he Chi-squa e es

The sample was de e mined by simple andom p obabili y sampling, ob aining a o al o 130 en ep eneu s. The sample size was
calcula ed using he o mula o ini e popula ions, wi h a con idence le el o 95% and a ma gin o e o o 5%. A s uc u ed
ques ionnai e was used, designed based on he dimensions o he a iables cul u al inno a ion and go e nance. The ins umen was
alida ed by expe s and i s eliabili y was es ed using C onbach's alpha coe icien , which eached a alue o 0.82, indica ing high
in e nal consis ency. The da a collec ed we e p ocessed using SPSS s a is ical so wa e e sion 28. Desc ip i e s a is ics we e applied
o cha ac e ize he popula ion, and Spea man's Rho co ela ion es was used o es ablish he ela ionship be ween he a iables, as
he da a we e non-pa ame ic.
The esea ch was conduc ed in acco dance wi h e hical p inciples, and in o med consen was ob ained om he pa icipan s, who
we e in o med abou he pu pose o he s udy, he con iden iali y o he da a, and he exclusi e use o he in o ma ion o academic
pu poses.

DISCUSSION
The ela ionship be ween cul u al inno a ion and go e nance has been he subjec o g owing in e es in ecen yea s, especially in
he con ex o p omo ing sus ainable social change. The asse ion ha "cul u al inno a ion is posi i ely ela ed o go e nance,
p omo ing sus ainable social change" is based on he idea ha cul u e is no only a e lec ion o socie y, bu also an engine o social
ans o ma ion. This ela ionship will be discussed in de ail below, add essing how cul u al inno a ion can in luence go e nance
and, in u n, how e ec i e go e nance can enhance cul u al inno a ion o gene a e sus ainable social change.

go e nance is a p ocess based on collabo a i e ne wo ks in which ci izens a e essen ial ac o s. Coope a ion be ween he p i a e and
public sec o s ( ho = 0.735) also shows ha cul u al inno a ion gene a es oppo uni ies o c ea e s a egic alliances ha os e
collec i e solu ions. This inding was co obo a ed by Land y (2000) in his s udy o c ea i e ci ies such as Be lin and Ba celona,
whe e c oss-sec o collabo a ion has been undamen al o sus ainable p og ess.
CONCLUSION
The s udy showed ha cul u al inno a ion has a signi ican ela ionship wi h a ious key ac o s o sus ainable social change in he
case o en ep eneu s om he Popula Chambe o Ji ón Amazonas in he ci y o Lima – 2024. A s ong ela ionship was iden i ied
wi h go e nance, ci izen pa icipa ion, collabo a ion be ween he public and p i a e sec o s, inno a i e cul u al policies, as well as
anspa ency and accoun abili y, demons a ing ha hese componen s a e essen ial o s eng hening sus ainable social p ocesses.
Likewise, a mode a e ela ionship was ound wi h decen aliza ion and local empowe men , sugges ing ha , al hough cul u al
inno a ion d i es ans o ma ion, i equi es g ea e e i o ial and communi y s eng hening o enhance i s e ec s. O e all, he
indings highligh he need o in eg a e cul u al inno a ion in o local de elopmen s a egies and public policies as an engine o
sus ainable social change.
