Варга, О. Нові знахідки з родів As enis та Ph udus (Hymenop e a, Ichneumonidae: Ph udus g oup) в Україні. — Уперше для Україні за-
значено два види з групи родів, близьких до Ph udus, а саме As enis pa adoxus (Schmiedeknech , 1907) та Ph udus comp essus Vikbe g,
2000. Ці види проілюстровано та надано короткі порівняльні діагнози.
Ключові слова: їздці-іхневмоніди, паразитоїди, нові знахідки, Українські Карпати.

The gene a As enis Fö s e , 1869 and Ph udus
Fö s e , 1869 a e small Da win wasp g oups (Hymenop e a,
Ichneumonidae) con aining only se en and ele en species,
espec i ely (Chiu & Wong, 1987; Vikbe g & Koponen,
2000; Yu e al., 2016); o hem i e species al oge he ha e
been eco ded om Uk aine so a (Va ga, 2023, 2024).
Bo h gene a we e classically placed in he sub amily
Ph udinae (Townes, 1971), while mo e ecen phylogene ic
analyses (Quicke e al., 2009) g ouped hese gene a wi h
he membe s o he sub amily Te silochinae (as so-called
Ph udus g oup). Howe e , he e is s ill much unce ain y
ega ding o hese ela ionships (Benne e al., 2019).
The membe s o he Ph udus g oup a e endopa asi oids
o di e en coleop e ans (Gun ha , 1949; F anz, 1958;
Benne e al., 2019).
Ma e ial and Me hods
The ouche specimens used in his s udy we e
collec ed wi h a sweeping ne by he au ho in he
Uk ainian Ca pa hians and adjacen e i o ies in 2022
and 2025, in pa icula in he coni e ous moun ain o es
nea m. Vysoka (Go gany) and deciduous lowland o es
nea I ano-F anki sk. The specimens a e deposi ed in he
collec ion o he Schmalhausen Ins i u e o Zoology, NAS
o Uk aine, Kyi (SIZK). Images we e aken using a Leica

dya, deciduous o es , sweeping, 48.94340, 24.62228, 06.06.2025, 1 ♀
(O. Va ga) (SIZK).
Diagnosis. This species can be dis inguished om
congene s by he combina ion o he ollowing cha ac e s:
head and me asoma (excep i s e gi e) b ownish yellow
(Figs 1–3); o e a sal claw pec ina e o he apex, wi h
subequal ee h; an enna wi h 16 lagellome es; hind coxa
ugose (Fig. 3).

slopes o m. Vysoka, 48.611402, 24.097001, 1000–1500 m, sweeping,
18–23.07.2022, 1 ♀ (O. Va ga) (SIZK).
Diagnosis. This species can be dis inguished om
congene s by he combina ion o he ollowing cha ac e s:
head and mesosoma no s ongly comp essed la e ally;
an enna wi h 14–16 lagellome es, lagellome es 4–5
each wi h a whi e oo h-like p ojec ion on he basal 0.2–
0.3 o he lagellome e; p opodeum wi h ca inae p esen ,
bu weak, a ea pe iola is long, a leas 1.4 imes as long
as maximum wid h (Fig. 7); o e wing wi h ein 3 s-m
p esen an e io ly (Fig. 8); me asoma la e ally comp essed,
second e gi e a leas 1.4 imes as long as maximum wid h
