АННОТАЦИЯ. Активные методы обучения улучшают как развивающие, так и
образовательные результаты обучения, стимулируя участие учащихся, открытый
диалог и самостоятельное мышление. Эти подходы развивают критическое и
творческое мышление, укрепляют коммуникацию и командную работу, а также
помогают учащимся развивать профессиональные компетенции. Более того, активное
обучение повышает мотивацию, развивает ответственность за учёбу и готовит
учащихся к решению реальных профессиональных задач.

INTRODUCTION. In educa ional li e a u e, eaching me hods a e o en ca ego ized as
“ac i e” o “passi e.” Howe e , om a psychological s andpoin , his dis inc ion is
conside ed inaccu a e, since i is he indi idual—no he me hod—who demons a es ac i i y
o passi i y in he lea ning p ocess. Ne e heless, he use o ac i e eaching me hods,
pa icula ly in he s udy o economics, plays a c ucial ole in os e ing s uden s’ pe sonal
de elopmen .
Ac i e lea ning app oaches engage s uden s in eal o simula ed si ua ions, encou aging
ac i e pa icipa ion in s uc u ed communica ion. Th ough his p ocess, lea ne s exp ess hei
indi iduali y, collabo a e wi h o he s, and gain a deepe unde s anding o bo h he subjec
ma e and hemsel es [1].
METHODOLOGY. The s udy employed a quali a i e and analy ical app oach o examine
he e ec i eness o ac i e lea ning me hods in highe educa ion. The esea ch in ol ed
analyzing pedagogical li e a u e, obse ing class oom p ac ices, and iden i ying he mos
e ec i e echniques—such as p oblem-based lea ning, business games, ole-playing, and
discussions. Da a we e collec ed h ough class oom obse a ions and in e iews wi h
eache s and s uden s o de e mine how hese me hods in luence mo i a ion, communica ion,
and p o essional skill de elopmen . The indings we e analyzed o e eal common s a egies
o in eg a ing ac i e me hods in o he educa ional p ocess and o assess hei ole in os e ing
s uden engagemen and cogni i e g ow h.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION. Con empo a y eaching echnologies highligh he
impo ance o a eache ’s abili y no only o design an e ec i e lesson bu also o c ea e a
suppo i e en i onmen ha acili a es he use o ac i e lea ning me hods [2]. As some o he
mos e icien o ms o g oup in e ac ion, hese me hods s eng hen bo h he educa ional and
de elopmen al aspec s o lea ning, os e condi ions o s uden s o eely exp ess hei ideas
and iewpoin s, and con ibu e o shaping hei pe spec i es.
In p o essional educa ion, ac i e lea ning echniques can be applied in si ua ions whe e he
exchange o expe iences, ideas, and belie s encou ages lea ne s o adop new unde s andings
o hei p o essional oles, phenomena, o in e pe sonal ela ions. Such me hods also p omo e
he ans o ma ion o beha io al pa e ns, s imula e c i ical and alue-based hinking,
enhance in e pe sonal communica ion, and enable cons uc i e eedback [1].
Ac i e lea ning me hods such as p oblem-based lea ning, business games, and discussions
engage s uden s in sol ing challenging si ua ions c ea ed by he eache . Th ough his p ocess,
lea ne s independen ly acqui e p o essional knowledge and skills while de eloping c ea i i y
and c i ical hinking.

Since he inclusion o explo a o y s ages wi hin a lesson indica es i s p oblem-based na u e,
hese s ages o m he co e s uc u e o a p oblem-based lesson. They include:
- iden i ying a p oblema ic si ua ion and o mula ing he p oblem;
- de eloping and jus i ying hypo heses;
- p o ing he p oposed hypo hesis;
- e i ying he accu acy o he p oblem’s solu ion.
A business game is a lea ning me hod ha simula es he p o essional and social aspec s o a
specialis ’s u u e wo k. I models eal-wo ld ela ionships, p o essional challenges, and
ypical si ua ions, allowing s uden s o expe ience and esol e au hen ic p oblems wi hin hei
ield.
Educa ional games a y in me hods and objec i es and include se e al main ypes:
1. Simula ion games – de elop speci ic p o essional o p oduc ion skills.
2. Role-playing games – model eal-li e o business si ua ions.
3. Inno a i e games – ea u e lexible s uc u es and may in ol e digi al o i ual
en i onmen s.
4. O ganiza ional and ac i i y-based games – ocus on analyzing si ua ions and selec ing
e ec i e solu ions.
5. Business aining and b ains o ming – p omo e c ea i e and economic hinking,
eamwo k, and espec o di e se opinions.
A discussion is a s uc u ed exchange o ideas and opinions on a deba able issue, combining
elemen s o dialogue and a gumen a ion. E ec i e discussions encou age al e na i e
iewpoin s, cons uc i e c i icism, and psychological sa e y. Pa icipan s mus ha e basic
backg ound knowledge, ei he p e iously acqui ed o p o ided du ing he session.
CONCLUSION. Thus, he de ining ea u e o all ac i e lea ning me hods is hei ocus on
c ea ing lea ning si ua ions ha closely esemble eal-li e con ex s. These me hods no only
p omo e he applica ion and syn hesis o knowledge bu also de elop p ac ical skills and
