Ma e ials and Me hods. The s udy ocused on he cu icula o unde g adua e, g adua e, and
doc o al p og ams in Pha macy. The me hodology is based on a subs an i e analysis o disciplines
co e ing key a eas: clinical pha macology, pha maco he apy, e idence-based medicine, good
p ac ices (GCP, GVP), pha macoeconomics, pha maco igilance, and o mula y sys ems.

applying e idence in clinical p ac ice and de elop compe encies in a ional choice and economic

Conclusions. Educa ional p og ams implemen a model o he g adual de elopmen o clinical
compe ence; howe e , gaps emain in p ac ice-o ien ed aining and he in eg a ion o in e na ional
s anda ds. To imp o e he e ec i eness o clinical pha macis aining, i is ad isable o expand
p ac ical modules, in oduce uni o m s anda ds aligned wi h FIP and WHO ecommenda ions, and
s eng hen he esea ch componen o educa ional p og ams.
