F ance, one o which has become in e na ional, as well as p ojec s in Aus alia, Spain, Swi ze land,
Finland, he Uni ed Kingdom, and La in Ame ica and A ica [3, b.92].
The Russian S a e Lib a y's "Elec onic Lib a y o Disse a ions" p ojec has been egis e ed on
he UNESCO websi e and dese es special a en ion.
The Russian S a e Lib a y, which is he only eposi o y o o iginal disse a ions de ended in he
coun y since 1944 in all ields excep medicine and pha macy, has a collec ion o o e 800,000
disse a ions. The p ojec o c ea e an elec onic lib a y o disse a ions (ELD) has been de eloping
since 2001.

on economics, in o ma ion echnology, social sciences, and medicine is in he highes demand. The

suppo o scien is s and p o essionals. Recognizing he impo ance o Uzbekis an's in eg a ion in o
he global in o ma ion sys em and he de elopmen o an in o ma ion socie y in he coun y, i is
c ucial o s eng hen coope a ion wi h o eign pa ne s and le e age he expe ience o lib a ies in
o he coun ies in managing hei disse a ion collec ions.
