challenges.

обучения. В данной статье рассматривается влияние интерактивного обучения
на мотивацию учащихся и усвоение знаний. В ней излагаются основные
принципы, правила и требования интерактивного обучения, подчёркивая его
эффективность в развитии креативности, вовлечённости и сотрудничества. В
исследовании сделан вывод о том, что интерактивные методы обучения делают
уроки более динамичными и содержательными, стимулируя интерес учащихся и
способствуя более глубокому усвоению материала.

INTRODUCTION. In oday’s apidly de eloping educa ion sys em, adi ional
eaching me hods a e being eplaced by inno a i e app oaches ha combine digi al and
ace- o- ace lea ning. Hyb id lea ning, also known as blended lea ning, in eg a es
class oom in e ac ion wi h online echnologies o c ea e a mo e lexible and e ec i e
lea ning en i onmen .
In Uzbekis an, as in many o he coun ies, his model has become especially ele an
due o he digi al ans o ma ion o highe educa ion and he challenges caused by
global e en s such as he COVID-19 pandemic [1]. Hyb id lea ning no only p o ides
con inui y in educa ion bu also de elops s uden s’ independence, mo i a ion, and
digi al li e acy.

METHODOLOGY. The s udy used a quali a i e and analy ical app oach o explo e
he implemen a ion o hyb id lea ning in highe educa ion. Da a we e collec ed h ough
obse a ion o classes, eache e lec ions, and s uden eedback du ing one academic
semes e .
A en ion was gi en o he use o digi al ools such as online pla o ms, i ual
class ooms, and in e ac i e ma e ials ha suppo blended ins uc ion. The analysis
ocused on how hese ools in luence s uden engagemen , lea ning ou comes, and he
e ec i eness o eaching.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION. The esul s o he s udy show ha hyb id lea ning
has a signi ican posi i e impac on he quali y and e ec i eness o educa ion when
p ope ly o ganized. Mos eache s and s uden s no ed ha he combina ion o online
and ace- o- ace o ma s made he lea ning p ocess mo e lexible and engaging.

independen s udy and deepe unde s anding o he con en .
Teache s emphasized ha hyb id lea ning allows hem o use a wide ange o eaching
ools — such as mul imedia p esen a ions, online quizzes, and in e ac i e discussions
— which help main ain s uden mo i a ion and in e es . The digi al o ma also made
i easie o assess s uden p og ess and p o ide imely eedback.
Howe e , he esea ch also e ealed se e al di icul ies. Some s uden s aced
challenges wi h sel -o ganiza ion and ime managemen when s udying online. In
addi ion, no all eache s had su icien digi al skills o me hodological aining o
design and manage hyb id cou ses e ec i ely. Technical issues, such as uns able
in e ne connec ions o lack o access o digi al de ices, also limi ed he e ec i eness
o he lea ning p ocess.
Despi e hese challenges, hyb id lea ning p o ed o be an impo an s ep owa d
mode nizing educa ion in Uzbekis an. I suppo s ac i e lea ning, de elops digi al
li e acy, and p epa es s uden s o p o essional en i onmen s whe e echnological
compe ence is essen ial [3]. The esul s sugges ha , wi h p ope me hodological
suppo and eache aining, hyb id lea ning can become a sus ainable and e ec i e
model o highe educa ion.
CONCLUSION. The s udy shows ha hyb id lea ning e ec i ely inc eases he
quali y and lexibili y o highe educa ion. Combining adi ional and online me hods
makes lea ning mo e engaging, accessible, and s uden -cen e ed.
