subjec s and we e di ided andom by using he able o andom as sugges ed by Cla ke and Cla ke (1972), hey
we e di ided andomly in o h ee g oups as G oup-I ac ed as con ol, G oup-II s eng h aining, G oup-III ladde
and medicine ball aining g oups. In his esea ch olleyball selec ed explosi e powe and olleyball se ing a e
a iables only. I was assessed by e ical jump es and olleyball skill es . The subjec s we e in ol ed wi h hei
espec i e aining o a pe iod o eigh weeks. A he end o he eigh weeks o he aining pos - es s we e aken.
The signi ican di e ences be ween he means o expe imen al g oup and con ol g oup o he p e- es and pos -
es sco es we e de e mined by pai ed ‘F’ a io and ANCOVA. The le el o signi icance was ixed a 0.05 le el o
con idence o he deg ee o eedom. The s eng h aining and ladde and medicine ball aining g oup p oduced
signi ican imp o emen in physical i ness a iable o explosi e powe o olleyball se ing a iables. The 'F'
alues o he selec ed a iable ha e eached he signi ican le el, in he con ol g oup he ob ained 'F’ alue on
explosi e powe was succeeded o each he signi ican le el.
