The main goal is o achie e en i onmen al sus ainabili y, economic g ow h, and social well-being
by in eg a ing en i onmen al aspec s in o economic ac i i y.

Two key aspec s should be highligh ed: digi aliza ion and he digi al economy. Digi aliza ion is a
complex, mul i-le el p ocess ha includes ans o ming p oduc ion and managemen echnologies, as
well as in o ma ion esou ces, so ha hey become compa ible wi h mode n digi al de ices and
echnologies. The main goals o his p ocess a e as ollows: i s , cos educ ion and inc eased eliabili y
in he collec ion, sys ema iza ion, ansmission, and analysis o da a, which is achie ed h ough he use o
echnologies such as he In e ne o Things and, p ima ily, he use o RFID ags ha p o ide e ec i e
acking and asse managemen . Second, educing cos s and simpli ying communica ion p ocesses bo h in
he economy and in socie y. This includes digi izing con en and op imizing communica ion channels,
making in e ac ion as e and mo e con enien . Thi d, de eloping a sys em ha enables mul ila e al
in e ac ions be ween people and business p ocesses, con ibu ing o mo e e icien collabo a ion and
in o ma ion exchange bo h wi hin o ganiza ions and be ween hem h ough in e -o ganiza ional digi al
pla o ms.
Digi aliza ion, like in o ma iza ion and au oma ion, ep esen s a majo mega end in economic

include:

− educing pape and packaging consump ion;

p ocesses.

me allu gical equipmen b ings new echnical and economic challenges associa ed wi h he speci ic
echnologies used. When ailu es occu in powe ul me allu gical u naces o mills, he consequences o

Inc easing p oduc ion capaci y c ea es addi ional psychological p essu e on ope a ional and
main enance pe sonnel, which may educe he likelihood o making adequa e and imely manage ial
decisions. Unde condi ions o high wo kload and esponsibili y, i becomes mo e di icul o employees
o e ec i ely cope wi h eme ging p oblems, which highligh s he impo ance o implemen ing
comp ehensi e au oma ed solu ions o imp o e he eliabili y and esilience o p oduc ion. Un o una ely,

To educe cos s and ake measu es o dec ease ene gy consump ion, a model o implemen ing
digi al wins a he en e p ise has been in oduced. Ene gy e iciency ini ia i es can also lead o
signi ican educ ions in emissions.
The planned mode niza ion, aimed a lowe ing na u al gas consump ion, will ocus on he
il a ion p ocess o zinc and lead cake in he waelz kiln shop. Addi ionally, upg ading he comp esso
s a ion in he ene gy wo kshop by ins alling mode n, ene gy-e icien comp esso s will p o ide an
oppo uni y o signi ican ly op imize ene gy consump ion.
This imp o emen will no only educe o e all ene gy cos s bu also enhance he eliabili y o he
equipmen . The implemen a ion o ene gy-e icien solu ions will help cu ca bon emissions and minimize
he nega i e en i onmen al impac , ma king an impo an s ep owa d he sus ainable de elopmen o he
en e p ise. As a esul , hese measu es will con ibu e o he o e all e iciency o p oduc ion p ocesses
and imp o e he company's economic pe o mance.
The g een economy and he digi al economy a e closely in e connec ed, as echnologies make i
possible o educe en i onmen al impac s and build a mo e sus ainable indus y. The de elopmen o
“g een” inno a ions in indus y, anspo , ag icul u e, and cons uc ion con ibu es o shaping a
sus ainable u u e, while digi aliza ion enables mo e e icien managemen o en i onmen al and
economic p ocesses.
