Objec i e o he s udy. The pu pose o his wo k was o c ea e combined an idep essan able s
ha a e con enien o use, possess high bioa ailabili y, and emain s able du ing s o age. The ac i e
ing edien s included mi azapine, enla axine hyd ochlo ide, as well as d y ex ac s o lemon balm
(Melissa o icinalis) and peppe min (Men ha pipe i a).
Ma e ials and me hods. In he de elopmen o he “Vinami ” able echnology, ac i e
pha maceu ical ing edien s (APIs) and excipien s we e used in compliance wi h he equi emen s o
he S a e Pha macopoeia o he Republic o Uzbekis an (SP RUz), as well as ele an egula o y and
echnical documen a ion (GOST, OST, TU). The able s we e p oduced using di ec comp ession
wi hou a g anula ion s age, which sho ens he p ocess and educes cos s bu imposes high
equi emen s on he quali y o he ini ial subs ances. The echnological p ope ies o subs ances and
excipien s we e analyzed using E weka equipmen (Ge many). Pa icle size was de e mined by
mic oscopy wi h he VideoTes p og am. Selec ion o excipien s conside ed hei solubili y, s abili y,
comp essibili y, abili y o ensu e apid and comple e elease o ac i e subs ances, and he o ma ion
o mechanically s ong able s. Va ious combina ions o excipien s we e es ed o op imize he
o mula ion. The s udy in ol ed calcium ca bona e, me hylcellulose, poly inylpy olidone (PVP),
glucose, lac ose, suc ose, po a o and co n s a ch, mic oc ys alline cellulose, ca boxyme hylcellulose,
magnesium s ea a e, calcium s ea a e, s ea ic acid, and o he subs ances. In o al, mo e han wen y
o mula ions we e examined. The quali y o he ob ained samples was assessed in acco dance wi h
cu en egula o y documen a ion.
Resul s. Expe imen al samples o combined able s we e ob ained by di ec comp ession.

he S a e Pha macopoeia o he Republic o Uzbekis an o solid dosage o ms. To achie e he
necessa y quali y pa ame e s, u he s udies a e equi ed using al e na i e echnologies (such as we
o d y g anula ion), which would allow ob aining op imal pha maceu ical and echnological
cha ac e is ics o he “Vinami ” p epa a ion.
