componen s o plan s a y depending on he species, a ie y and pa o he plan , g owing condi ions
(soil, humidi y, empe a u e), season and age o he plan . These di e ences make he s anda diza ion
o ac i e ing edien s e y impo an , bu his p ocedu e is complex and no always a ailable.

in each pa , he o al in usion ime was 2 days. Successi e changes o he ex ac an allowed he aw
ma e ial o be deple ed as much as possible. Then, ex ac ion was ca ied ou o 30 minu es in a wa e
ba h, 15 minu es using ul asound, and he ex ac was il e ed. This me hod showed he highes yield
o an h acene de i a i es compa ed o o he me hods o ob aining he ex ac , which was con i med
by s udying he UV spec a o he aqueous ex ac o madde aw ma e ials in an alkaline-ammonia
medium.The con en o an h acene de i a i es in he inc u e o madde ob ained by ac ional
mace a ion wi h ul asound, in e ms o ube i ic acid, was 8.7%.
