Ma e ials and Me hods. Vacuum e apo a ion is he p ocess o emo ing a sol en a educed
p essu e, which lowe s he boiling poin and helps p ese e he molabile compounds. The key
pa ame e s o his p ocess a e empe a u e, esidual p essu e, and s i ing speed. Vacuum d ying is
used o achie e he desi ed esidual mois u e con en o he ex ac while main aining he s abili y
and pha macological ac i i y o he ac i e ing edien s.
Lemon balm (Melissa o icinalis) con ains essen ial oils, la onoids, and phenolic acids, which
ha e a calming, an ispasmodic, and an i i al e ec .
Vale ian (Vale iana o icinalis) con ains alepo ia es, iso ale ic acid, and essen ial oils ha
p omo e seda ion, imp o e sleep, and ha e an an ispasmodic e ec .
Mo he wo (Leonu us ca diaca) is ich in alkaloids, la onoids, and glycosides, which help
lowe blood p essu e and suppo he ca dio ascula sys em.
Rosehip (Rosa canina) – is a sou ce o i amin C, la onoids, and pec ins, p o iding
immunos imula o y, an i-in lamma o y, and an ioxidan e ec s.

a empe a u e ange o 40–60 °C and a esidual p essu e o 60–80 mba . This mode p e en s he
des uc ion o phenolic compounds and minimizes he loss o ola ile componen s. S i ing speed is
also impo an , as i ensu es uni o m sol en e apo a ion and p e en s localized o e hea ing.
The inal s age, acuum d ying, is ca ied ou a a empe a u e no highe han 50 °C. This mode
allows he ex ac o each a esidual mois u e con en o 3–5%, ensu ing he p ese a ion o
he molabile componen s. A compa a i e analysis shows ha exceeding he empe a u e ange leads
o a dec ease in an ioxidan ac i i y and he deg ada ion o essen ial oils.
Resul s. Op imizing he pa ame e s o e apo a ion and d ying allows o he p oduc ion o a
d y ex ac wi h a high concen a ion o la onoids and p oan hocyanidins. The p ese a ion o he
ex ac 's an ioxidan ac i i y con i ms he easibili y o using acuum echnologies o ob ain

Conclusions. In conclusion, he op imal condi ions a e acuum e apo a ion a a empe a u e o
40–60 °C and a p essu e o 60–80 mba , as well as acuum d ying a a empe a u e no highe han 50
