in lamma o y, an imic obial, and analgesic p ope ies, making i a p omising componen o den al

Resea ch objec i e: To de elop he composi ion and s udy he pha maceu ical- echnological
p ope ies o adhesi e ilms wi h Asian min ex ac .
Resea ch me hods: Gela in and collagen we e used as he ilm- o ming base, glyce in se ed
as he plas icize , and liquid Asian min ex ac was he ac i e ing edien . The echnology included
hyd a ion o polyme s, in oduc ion o he ex ac , homogeniza ion o he mass, and ilm o ma ion
by laye ed d ying. Pha maceu ical- echnological pa ame e s we e e alua ed by hickness, mechanical
s eng h, elas ici y, adhesi e p ope ies, and disin eg a ion ime.
Resul s: A echnology was de eloped o ob aining ilms, which included swelling o gela in
and collagen in wa e unde con olled empe a u e, in oduc ion o liquid Asian min ex ac , addi ion
o glyce in, homogeniza ion o he mass, cas ing on o subs a es, and d ying un il s able samples we e
o med.
The esul ing ilms had a homogeneous s uc u e, anspa ency, and smoo h su ace wi hou
c acks, bubbles, o o he de ec s. The hickness o he samples anged be ween 0.20–0.25 mm, which
me he es ablished equi emen s. Mechanical s eng h eached 2.5 N/cm², allowing he ilms o
wi hs and bending and ea ing s esses. Elas ici y es s showed ha he samples did no b eak and
e ained hei in eg i y e en a e epea ed olding.
The adhesi e p ope ies we e p onounced: he ilms adhe ed o he mucous memb ane wi hin
3–5 seconds and emained ixed o mo e han 10 minu es, ensu ing localized ac ion. The
disin eg a ion ime was 12–15 minu es, con i ming he po en ial o p olonged elease o he ac i e
subs ance.
O ganolep ic es ing e ealed ha he ilms had a pleasan esh as e and a oma due o he
liquid min ex ac , which signi ican ly inc eased hei accep abili y o den al use. The inclusion o
collagen imp o ed ex u e and enhanced mechanical s eng h compa ed o samples wi hou i , while
i s combina ion wi h gela in ensu ed lexibili y and uni o m s uc u e.
Thus, he de eloped ilms combined op imal physical and mechanical cha ac e is ics (s eng h,
elas ici y, adhesion), p olonged elease o he ac i e subs ance, and high o ganolep ic appeal, making
hem p omising o use in den al p ac ice.
Conclusion: Adhesi e ilms wi h Asian min ex ac possess a balanced composi ion, op imal
physical and mechanical cha ac e is ics, p onounced adhesi e p ope ies, and p olonged elease o
