Ma e ials and me hods: E alua ion o p in quali y (cla i y, du abili y), assessmen o he
speed and s abili y o he labeling p ocess, and s a is ical analysis o de ec a es and p oduc ion line
speed be o e and a e op imiza ion.
Resul s: The key pa ame e s in luencing labeling quali y we e iden i ied: labeling speed, p in
head p essu e, and he ype o consumables used. A e p ocess op imiza ion, he numbe o de ec i e
packages dec eased by 25%. The s abili y o Da aMa ix code eading by con ol scanne s imp o ed.
Equipmen changeo e ime du ing ba ch swi ching was educed by 15%.
Conclusions: Op imiza ion o he labeling p ocess signi ican ly imp o ed he s abili y o he
packaging line and he quali y o he inal p oduc . I is ecommended o implemen an au oma ic
code e i ica ion sys em and u he au oma e labeling quali y con ol p ocesses o enhance o e all
p oduc ion eliabili y.
