begins wi h in i o expe imen s and is co ela ed wi h in i o s udies. The in i o me hod is an
ins umen al me hod and is used in almos 90% o pha maceu ical en e p ises in he de elopmen o
d ugs o conduc biopha maceu ical analyses and s udy he quali y o he inished p oduc .
Pu pose o he s udy: The biopha maceu ical p ope ies o he ecommended seda i e able s
we e s udied in i o. These s udies we e ca ied ou in a "Ro a ing cen i uge" de ice. In
expe imen al s udies, ac o s ela ed o bioe icacy, such as he olume and pH o he sol en medium,
and he speed o he cen i uge o a ion, we e s udied.
Me hods and echniques: In he s udy o he biopha maceu ical p ope ies o he
ecommended able s in i o, we s udied he ac o s a ec ing bioe icacy, such as he olume o he
medium, he pH o he dissolu ion medium, he e ec o he o a ion speed o he o a ing lask on
he elease o bioac i e subs ances. In he nex s udy, he e ec o he o a ion speed o he lask on
he elease o he ecommended g anules was con inued using he "Ro a ing lask" me hod. Based on
he sensi i i y o he bioac i e subs ances con ained in he ecommended able s in he s udies, he
solu ion olume was selec ed as 1000 ml. The expe imen s we e planned and ca ied ou a speeds o
50, 100, 150 and 200 m/min. The nex s age o he esea ch con inued wi h he s udy o he pH o he
dissolu ion medium. The dissolu ion mediums o he expe imen s we e di e en : pu i ied wa e -
neu al medium, 0.1 mol/l hyd ochlo ic acid solu ion - acidic medium and 0.1 mol/l sodium hyd oxide
solu ion - alkaline medium. The esul s showed ha 85.9% o bioac i e subs ances we e eleased in
45 minu es in a neu al medium. I was obse ed in he s udies ha his indica o was 66.4% and
58.5% in acidic and alkaline en i onmen s, espec i ely. Based on he esea ch esul s, i was
de e mined ha a neu al medium o a able wi h a seda i e e ec is speci ic o he elease o
bioac i e subs ances con ained in he able in o he dissolu ion medium.
Resul s: The ob ained indica o s show ha he elease o bioac i e subs ances om he
ecommended able s in o a neu al en i onmen eached 54.1% in 15 minu es, 79.4% in 30 minu es,
and 85.9% in 45 minu es.
Conclusions: Based on biopha maceu ical s udies conduc ed in "in i o" expe imen s, he
biopha maceu ical p ope ies o he ecommended d ugs we e de e mined and he condi ions o
conduc ing he "Solubili y" es we e p oposed.
