Rele ance: The e ec i e ea men o many de ma ological diseases is associa ed wi h he use,

polyme ic medicinal ilms. The success ul ea men o de ma ological diseases la gely depends on
he use o complex he apy, i.e. he combina ion in he dosage o m o subs ances ha ha e no only
an ibac e ial bu also an i-in lamma o y and wound-healing e ec .

helps es o e he na u al s uc u e o issues and p omo es wound healing.
Based on he abo e, p e ious s udies ha e de eloped he composi ion and echnology o
de ma ological phy o ilms, con aining a complex o Aloe ex ac and me hylu acil.
The pu pose o he s udy. The aim o his s udy was o e alua e he quali y o he ob ained
phy o ilms, as well as o in es iga e hei bioa ailabili y.
Ma e ials and me hods: The s udies used medicinal componen s and polyme s ha mee he
equi emen s o he RD.
The phy o ilms, we e ob ained by he well-known solu ion me hod, by cas ing he ilm mass on
glass subs a es, ollowed by d ying a a empe a u e o 30-320C o he op imal esidual mois u e. In
he s udies, he ollowing indica o s o phy o ilms, we e s udied: appea ance, abili y o sepa a e om
he subs a e su ace, pH alue o he aqueous solu ion, and dissolu ion ime acco ding o he me hods
desc ibed in he Gene al Pha macopoeia o he Russian Fede a ion.1.4.1.0035.18. – Films (S a e
Pha macopoeia o he Russian Fede a ion. – 14 h ed.,: 2018.) as well as in li e a y sou ces.
To s udy he bioa ailabili y o phy o ilms, we used a well-known me hod in he li e a u e,
p oposed by E.I. Kulish and A.S. Shu shina, which is he me hod o di usion in o a dialysis medium.
Resul s. The esea ch esul s showed ha he ob ained ilms we e anspa en , elas ic, and ligh
yellow in colo , wi h an a e age mass o 0.4 ± 0.018, and hey easily sepa a ed om he subs a e
su ace. The ilms had a dissolu ion ime o 540-720 seconds and a pH alue o 6.6-7.0, espec i ely.
The bioa ailabili y o phy o ilms, was e alua ed based on he elease kine ics o he ac i e
componen s: me hylu acil and aloe ex ac in e ms o ba baloin, he quan i a i e con en o which
was de e mined by spec opho ome y a a wa eleng h o 412 nm (me hylu acil) and 260 nm
(ba baloin), espec i ely.
Acco ding o he esul s ob ained, he maximum concen a ion o ac i e subs ances eleased
om he phy o ilms, was obse ed a e 90 minu es, which was 77.1% o me hylu acil and 74.2%
o Aloe (ba baloin), espec i ely. I was ound ha a signi ican elease o ac i e subs ances was
obse ed wi hin 180 minu es.
Conclusions. The physical, chemical, and echnological p ope ies o he phy o ilms, ob ained
using he p oposed op imal echnology we e s udied: appea ance, mass, dissolu ion ime, and pH
