medica ions in he ea ly s ages o ea men o a ious diseases.
Resea ch objec i e: Based on his, he aim o his wo k was o de elop a echnology o a
calming die a y supplemen called Dep essphan, which is a able made om a mix u e o d y
ex ac s.
Ma e ials and me hods: Ready-made d y ex ac s app o ed o medical use we e used in he
de elopmen : mo he wo (FSP-221759413142-2022), S . John's wo (GF RUz III- olume, 1-pa ,
pp.14-143), hizome wi h ale ian oo s (FSP-221759413142-2022), Regel's zopnik (ce i ica e
compliance), Ginkgo biloba lea es (VFS 42-Uz-5462-2024). Excipien s: po a o s a ch, lac ose 80M,
In acel MCC, sodium hyd oca bona e, Ae osil A-380, mal odex in, calcium s ea a e, magnesium
s ea a e. As a binding agen : pu i ied wa e , 3-5-7% s a ch pas e, and a ious ypes o e hyl alcohol.

Resul s: A he i s s age o able de elopmen , 5 d y ex ac s we e weighed wi h an accu a e
weigh and sie ed h ough a 1000 μm sie e, and hen each ex ac was combined. The composi ion
o he mix u e o d y ex ac s was called "Dep ess an". Nex , 5 di e en o mula ions we e ob ained
unde s anda d condi ions. The esul s o he expe imen showed ha i is ad isable o use a 5% s a ch
pas e as a binding agen when p epa ing able s using he we g anula ion me hod. Nex , o ob ain
model composi ions o "Dep ess an" able s, an exac amoun o a composi ion o d y ex ac s and
auxilia y subs ances was weighed acco ding o he co esponding o mula ions. All he componen s
we e ho oughly mixed and passed h ough a 160-mic on sie e, and a 5% s a ch pas e was added in
h ee s ages and ho oughly mixed. The we mass was passed h ough a sie e wi h a hole o 1000 μm
and sp ead in a laye o 1-1. 5 cm on he shel es o a d ying cabine . 55-60°C was d ied o an op imal
humidi y o 5.0%. The esul ing g anula e was hen powde ed wi h magnesium s ea a e. The esul ing
able mass was able ized using a Re sch PP 25 manual hyd aulic able p ess wi h an 8 mm p ess
ool. The quali y o model able s ob ained om p epa ed masses was e alua ed, and hei
echnological p ope ies we e s udied using he me hods desc ibed in he li e a u e.
Conclusions: As a esul o he esea ch, an op imal echnology o ob aining Dep ess an 0.5 g
in he o m o able s using he we g anula ion me hod has been de eloped. The quali y assessmen
o he able s was ca ied ou in acco dance wi h he S a e Pha macopoeia o he Republic o
Uzbekis an, Volume I. The ob ained able s con aining In acel mic oc ys alline cellulose, s a ch, and
