In such cases, o ensu e sus ainable supply, i has become necessa y o imp o e logis ics

anspa ency and e iciency o hese supply chains, as well as educing and minimizing isks ha
could lead o dis up ions in he quali y and a ailabili y o d ugs.

na ional sou ces we e u ilized, along wi h a SWOT analysis and case s udy analysis examining issues
such as supply dis up ion moni o ing, logis ics isk assessmen , and he de elopmen o an in en o y
model and managemen .
Resul s: he key challenges in d ug logis ics we e iden i ied, including a comp ehensi e
sho age o mode n wa ehouse space, empe a u e con ol issues, duplica e deli e y ca ds, and high
cos s.
