ocused p ima ily on impa ing academic knowledge, a e no longe mee ing labo ma ke demands.

compe ency-based model o pha maceu ical manage s capable o e ec i ely managing business
p ocesses, adap ing o a apidly changing en i onmen , and implemen ing inno a i e solu ions.
Pu pose o he s udy: o alida e a compe ency-based model o mode n pha maceu ical
manage s and de elop ecommenda ions o upda ing educa ional p og ams in he digi al economy.
Ma e ials and me hods: an analysis o egula o y documen s and educa ional p og ams in
Russia, Kazakhs an, and India was conduc ed, along wi h a su ey o senio s uden s a
pha maceu ical uni e si ies (n=212). Compa a i e and con en analysis me hods we e used.
Resul s: key compe ency g oups we e iden i ied: manage ial (85%), analy ical (81%),
communica ion (78%), s a egic (71%), and ma ke ing (68%). Recommenda ions ha e been
de eloped o mode nizing educa ional p og ams, including s eng hening modules on s a egic and
p ojec managemen , digi al ma ke ing, BI analy ics, egula o y a ai s (GMP, GDP), and so skills
de elopmen .
Conclusions: he pha maceu ical manage compe ency model in eg a es manage ial,
analy ical, s a egic, and digi al skills. Educa ional p og ams should become in e disciplina y,
p ac ice-o ien ed, and ake in o accoun he dynamics o he pha maceu ical ma ke , which will enable
he aining o specialis s p epa ed o wo k in an en i onmen o unce ain y and inno a i e change.
