OVARIAN CANCER INCIDENCE RATE IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

popula ion. Among he emale popula ion o he coun y, o a ian cance anks 3 d a e b eas cance
and ce ical cance , and is 5.8 pe 100,000 emale popula ion. In 2022, 1,033 pa ien s wi h o a ian
cance we e diagnosed o he i s ime. O hese, 14.7% o cases we e ac i ely de ec ed du ing
p e en i e examina ions. The p opo ion o mo phological con i ma ion o o a ian cance in pa ien s
is 95.0%. In 10% o pa ien s wi h o a ian cance , he de elopmen o he disease is associa ed wi h
he p esence o ce ain he edi a y synd omes. He edi a y b eas and o a ian cance synd omes
associa ed wi h mu a ions in he BRCA genes a e widesp ead.
Pu pose o he s udy: he mos common disease among he popula ion o he Republic o
Uzbekis an is analysis o o a ian cance incidence a es.
Ma e ials and me hods: p ima y s a is ical da a p o ided by he "Collec ed In o ma ion and
Analysis" depa men unde he Minis y o Heal h o he Republic o Uzbekis an and he na ional
clinical p o ocol on he nosology "O a ian Cance " we e used.
Resul s: The da a on he numbe o pa ien s ini ially egis e ed wi h a diagnosis o o a ian
cance in he Republic o Uzbekis an in 2022-2024 a e as ollows. In 2022, his indica o was 184 in
Tashken , 97 in Fe gana, 17 in Sy da ya, 30 in Na oi, and 33 in Jizzakh. In 2024, his indica o was
225 in Tashken , 115 in Fe gana, 27 in Sy da ya, 20 in Na oi, and 32 in Jizzakh. The p ima y
incidence a e o o a ian cance was 1,033 pe 100,000 popula ion in 2022, 991 in 2023, and 1,131
in 2024.
Conclusions: an analysis o he incidence a es o o a ian cance among he popula ion o he
Republic o Uzbekis an was conduc ed based on da a om 2022-2024. Acco ding o i , i was ound
ha he incidence a es a e high in Tashken ci y and Fe gana egion, and low in Sy da ya, Na oi and
Jizzakh egions.
