Ma e ials and me hods: As he ma e ials o ou esea ch, 5-10 ml o blood
was aken om he jugula ein o expe imen al and con olled cows kep a he
"Siyob Sha ka O zu" a m in he Tayloq dis ic o he Sama kand egion, in o
hepa inized es ubes, and he mo phological and se um biochemical pa ame e s o he
blood we e examined du ing ea men .
Du ing he es s, i was ound ha he numbe o e y h ocy es in he blood o
cows in he expe imen al g oup was highe han ha o cows in he con ol g oup. The
expe imen s e ealed a dec ease in hemoglobin, a comple e absence o leukocy es and
monocy es, and a dec ease in eosinophils and neu ophils. The hemoglobin con en in
a sick animal was 10.53 g%, and in a heal hy animal i was 9.70 g%. I was obse ed
ha he numbe o e y h ocy es in he blood o sick animals was 6.82 million, and in a
heal hy animal his igu e was 5.53 million. The numbe o leukocy es in he blood o
sick animals was 8.60 housand, and in he blood o a heal hy animal was 5.38
housand. The main eason o he inc ease in he numbe o eosinophils and
lymphocy es in he leuko o mula is ha eosinophils inc eased in o de o neu alize
p o ein oxins o med as a esul o in lamma ion in he u e us; lymphocy es inc eased
in o de o p oduce an ibodies o mic oo ganisms in he body. The inc ease in

monocy es in he blood, in u n, can be explained by hei pa icipa ion in he
eplacemen and es o a ion o dead issues. The numbe o od-shaped and segmen ed
neu ophils in he blood o sick animals is 2.70-18.20, while in he blood o heal hy
animals i eaches 7.0-25.83, ha is, hey a e less in he blood o sick animals (Table
1).
The low numbe o od-shaped and segmen ed neu ophils in he blood o sick
animals indica es ha an in lamma o y p ocess is aking place in he body and ha
hei dec ease is due o he ac ha mos o hem a e des oyed du ing he p ocess o
phagocy osis o mic oo ganisms in he in lamma o y ocus.

heal hy cows; hemoglobin in he blood o sick animals was 10.53 g%, while in heal hy

and blood acidi y le els ha a e no a he no mal le el, which a e ac o s ha cause
cows o become ill wi h endome i is in he win e and sp ing seasons. Based on his,
when choosing a me hod o ea ing endome i is, i is necessa y o aim o use d ugs
ha inc ease he body's esis ance.
