educa ional space is becoming mo e and mo e ene ge ic, and in connec ion wi h his,
he ques ion o inding an op imal ma ch be ween es ablished adi ions in domes ic
highe educa ion and new ends a ises. The “new” ends included in he S a e
S anda d o Fo eign Languages in ins i u ions a e an expanded ange o compe encies
in in e cul u al communica ion [1].
A new s age o educa ion can be called awa eness o he na ional educa ion sys em.

Nowadays, s uden s a e bo n in o he mode n digi al wo ld, which is ull o inno a i e
echnologies and ideas.

p og ams on he compu e , such as skype, zoom, msn and o he s, s uden s can
communica e wi h pee s online. Thus, by adding In e ne esou ces o he educa ional
p ocess, he eache is able o mo e e ec i ely sol e a numbe o didac ic asks, such
as [7]:

complexi y;
-imp o e he skills o monologue and dialogic o al speech;

language;

speech beha io o a ious peoples in communica ion condi ions, ea u es o he
cul u e and adi ions o he coun y o he language being s udied.
Thus, oday, in o ma iza ion o educa ion is one o he goals ha he s a e se s o
educa ional ins i u ions. In o ma ion and communica ion echnologies a e ac i ely
being in oduced in o he educa ional p ocess o expand knowledge and de elop a
numbe o compe encies [8].
Wi h he adop ion o he new law on educa ion and he elease o ede al s a e
educa ional s anda ds, he p ocess o eo ien ing Uzbek educa ion began om a
“knowledge-based” app oach o a compe ency-based app oach, implying he o ma ion
in s uden s no so much o ce ain skills and abili ies, bu a he o ele an
compe encies, he possession o a combina ion o which allows us o say ha s uden s
ha e ha o o he compe ence.
The ole o ICT in eaching he Russian language can ha dly be o e es ima ed; hey
