Me hods and echniques o he opic: In o de o p omo e he in eg a ion o he Republic o
Uzbekis an in o he in e na ional economy and in e na ional sys ems o ensu ing he uni o mi y o
measu emen s as an equal pa ne , he in e na ional s anda d ISO/IEC 17034:2025 "Requi emen s o
he Compe ence o Tes ing and Calib a ion Labo a o ies," a numbe o analy ical me hods,
ins umen al me hods o ob aining accu a e esul s using op ical and physicochemical measu ing
ins umen s, and expe imen al me hods o analyzing esul s we e used.
Resul : In e na ional compa isons play a signi ican ole in ensu ing me ological aceabili y.
S anda d samples (SS) a e used a all s ages o he measu emen p ocess, including e i ica ion,
calib a ion, and accu acy con ol o a measu emen p ocedu es (me hods). Howe e , oday such
solu ions a e impo ed a he expense o o eign cu ency.
Today, in he me ological suppo o iscome e s, he SVM 3000 Sh abinge ype iscome e
is inc easingly used as a high-quali y measu ing ins umen o measu ing he kinema ic iscosi y,
dynamic iscosi y, densi y, and empe a u e o liquid media. The iscome e consis s o a s uc u e,
combined in one housing, consis ing o a cell o measu ing he iscosi y o a liquid, an elec onic
he mos a , a uni o p ocessing measu emen da a, a liquid c ys al display, and con ol keys.
Simul aneously and unde ce ain condi ions, as a esul o measu ing he iscosi y and densi y
o liquid media, i is possible o au oma ically con e dynamic iscosi y o kinema ic iscosi y. This
de ice has a s anda d mode o calcula ing he iscosi y index in acco dance wi h he ASTM D 2270
"P ac ie o Calcula ing Viscosi y Index F om Kinema ic Viscosi y a 40° and 100°C" s anda d.
This de ice is capable o measu ing dynamic iscosi y 0.2 - 20000 mPa•s, kinema ic iscosi y
0.2 - 20000 mm2/s, densi y up o 650 - 2000 kg/m3, empe a u e om -40 oC o +100 oC.
Uzbekis an is a membe o he egional me ological o ganiza ion COOMET ("Eu o-Asian
Coope a ion o Na ional Me ological Ins i u ions"). Today, he "Physicochemical, Op ical-Physical,

sec ion uses measu emen s o a ious alues and quan i ies, ensu ing hei me ological aceabili y
