Resea ch Aim: De e mina ion o que ce in in lophan hus anisa us (Ben h.) using High-
Pe o mance Liquid Ch oma og aphy (HPLC).
Ma e ials and Me hods: The objec o he s udy was he ae ial pa s o lophan hus anisa us
(Ben h.), cul i a ed in 2024. The plan aw ma e ial was collec ed in acco dance wi h gene ally
accep ed pha macognos ic equi emen s and d ied in a shaded a ea. To iden i y he la onoids in he
plan ma e ial, High-Pe o mance Liquid Ch oma og aphy (HPLC) was employed. The analysis was
ca ied ou using an ‘Agilen 1260 Se ies’ HPLC sys em (Agilen Technologies, USA). The analysis
was pe o med on an Agilen 1200 C18 column (4.6 mm inne diame e , 150 mm leng h, 5 μm pa icle
size). The mobile phase consis ed o 0.3% o hophospho ic acid (A) and me hanol (B). De ec ion was
ca ied ou a 370 nm, co esponding o he cha ac e is ic abso p ion maximum o que ce in. The low
a e o he mobile phase was 1 mL/min, wi h an injec ion olume o 10 μL, and he column
empe a u e main ained a 40 °C. The o al un ime o he analysis was 20 minu es.

As can be seen om he ch oma og am p esen ed abo e (Figu es 1 and 2), he e en ion ime

11.623 minu es.
