The aim o he s udy was o de elop a me hod o he quan i a i e de e mina ion o «Кoask-30»
in capsules using induc i ely coupled mass spec ome y.
Ma e ials and me hods: «Coask-30» in capsules: abou 0.3000±0.0002 g o powde om
g ound Кobal -30 able s was ashed in a pla inum c ucible in a mu le u nace a 450-5000C. The
esidue was ea ed wi h 10 ml o concen a ed hyd ochlo ic acid, e apo a ed o d yness, 10 ml o 2
M HCl was added, il e ed in o a 25 ml measu ing lask, he c ucible was washed wi h wa e , he
washings we e combined wi h he il a e and he olume was b ough o he ma k wi h wa e .The
amoun o cobal was de e mined by mass spec ome y. The cha ac e is ic concen a ion Cx = 0.15
μg/ml; he de ec ion limi Cdn = 0.01 μg/ml.
Resul s: The assessmen o he ela i e sa e y o humans, po en ial ac i i y and na u e o ac ion
o a new d ug a e de e mined as a esul o pha macological es s and oxicological es s on animals.
Acu e oxici y o he d ug cobal -30 was de e mined by o al adminis a ion; due o he low solubili y
o he d ug (~0.1%), i was no possible o es ablish LD50 o subcu aneous and in ape i oneal
adminis a ion. I was es ablished ha wi h o al adminis a ion o he d ug LD50 = 1017 mg/kg,
whe eas o cobal chlo ide LD50 = 473 mg/kg.
Unde he in luence o he d ug a doses o 6.0 mg/kg and 12 mg/kg, he hemoglobin con en in
pe iphe al blood inc eases by 12.5-13.5%. The inc ease in e y h ocy es unde he in luence o he
same doses o «Koask-30» was 1.1-1.2 million pe 1 mm3 o blood. I was no ed ha he d ug has a
e y e ec i e e ec on leukopoiesis, he numbe o leukocy es inc eases by 5-7 housand compa ed
o he con ol.Thus, i has been es ablished ha he d ug cobal -30 has a p onounced blood-s imula ing
e ec , is pa icula ly e ec i e in s imula ing leukopoiesis and p omo es accele a ed es o a ion o he
numbe o leukocy es in he pe iphe al blood. Re e ences: es o a ion o he numbe o leukocy es in

Conclusions. The esul s o he conduc ed s udies indica e ha he de eloped me hods o mass
spec ome ic de e mina ion o cobal -30 in able s exhibi ela i ely high sensi i i y and accu acy
and can be used o e alua e d ugs based on he ollowing pa ame e s: “Dissolu ion”, “Uni o mi y o
dosing” and “Quan i a i e de e mina ion” Based on he expe imen al s udies conduc ed, i was
