In oduc ion. Achillea mille olium L. is a pe ennial halo ole an species widely dis ibu ed
ac oss Cen al Asia, he Eu opean pa o he Russian Fede a ion and Sibe ia, he Caucasus, Wes e n
Eu ope and o he egions. In Uzbekis an, i occu s in moun ain meadows, ields, and household plo s
o he Tashken , Sama kand, Fe gana, Andijan, and Su khanda ya egions. Li e a u e da a indica e
ha chlo ophylls and ca o enoids, simila o lipids, a e aluable o ganic compounds exhibi ing
wound-healing, bac e ios a ic, an icance , an ioxidan , and adiop o ec i e ac i i ies.
The aim o he s udy was o in es iga e he pola lipids (PL), glycolipids (GL), and
phospholipids (PhL) o he lea es o he plan A. mille olium, collec ed in he Tashken egion in
augus 2023.
Ma e ials and me hods. PL was ex ac ed om he c ushed lea es using a mix u e o
chlo o o m and me hanol (2:1, / ) a e he neu al lipids we e emo ed.
Using column ch oma og aphy on silica gel, PL was sepa a ed in o GL (elu ed wi h ace one)
and PhL (elu ed wi h me hanol).
Resul s. The con en o pola lipids (PL) was 4,31%, including glycolipids (GL) a 3,08% and
phospholipids (PhL) a 1,23 %. The composi ion o GL, s e yl glycosides, s e yl glycoside es e s, and
mono- and digalac osyldiacylglyce ols we e iden i ied. PhL included phospha idylcholines,
phospha idyle hanolamines, and phospha idylinosi ols. By alkaline hyd olysis o he lipids, a y
acids we e isola ed, and hei composi ion, in he o m o me hyl es e s, was de e mined by GC using
an Agilen GG 8860 ch oma og aph ( able).

Conclusions. The lea es o Achillea mille olium con ain 3,08% glycolipids and 1,23%
phospholipids. 16 a y acids we e iden i ied in he lipids, wi h monounsa u a ed a y acids
p edomina ing in he glycolipid ac ion (11,19%) and polyunsa u a ed a y acids p edomina ing in
he phospholipid ac ion. In all lipid classes, he ans-isome o oleic acid 18:1n9 (0,77–1,14%) was
de ec ed.
