and essen ial oils, pha maceu icals, dyes, cosme ics and biocides. The subs ances isola ed om hem
a e cha ac e ized by signi ican cy o oxic, an i–in lamma o y, an imic obial, an i i al,
an iplasmodial, an ipla ele agg ega ion, g ow h-inhibi ing and epellen ac i i y. One o he po en ial

The pu pose o he s udy. Taking in o accoun ha he bal medicines ha a e no s e ilized
du ing he manu ac u ing p ocess can be con amina ed wi h mic oo ganisms, we ha e s udied he
mic obiological equency o a new medicinal plan o he domes ic lo a, cla y sage, in o de o
in oduce i in o medical p ac ice.

he lowe ing pe iod om bo anically eliable plan s in he illage o Chimgan, Tashken egion. The
es s we e ca ied ou unde asep ic condi ions in acco dance wi h he ins uc ions o he S a e
Pha macopoeia o Uzbekis an. I included quan i a i e de e mina ion o iable bac e ia and ungi, as
well as iden i ica ion o mic oo ganisms, he p esence o which is unaccep able in non-s e ile
medicines.
