ensile s eng h, elonga ion, e enness, and su ace mo phology. The esul s
demons a ed ha wool-polyes e blends possess supe io du abili y, while wool-
ac ylic ya ns exhibi g ea e so ness and wa m h e en ion. By applying sys ema ic
es ing and compa a i e e alua ion, his s udy p o ides c i ical insigh s in o op imizing
ya n p ope ies and ensu ing high-quali y s anda ds in Uzbekis an’s ex ile indus y.

Local Ka akul sheep wool, al hough abundan and unique in i s he mal and elas ic
p ope ies, has long emained unde u ilized due o i s coa seness and low spinnabili y.
By blending i wi h syn he ic ibe s such as ac ylic and polyes e , many o hese
limi a ions can be o e come, esul ing in ya ns ha combine he ad an ages o bo h
na u al and syn he ic componen s.The indings o his s udy con i m ha wool–ac ylic
blends p o ide supe io so ness, elas ici y, and wa m h e en ion, making hem highly
sui able o win e clo hing and ashion ex iles. On he o he hand, wool–polyes e
blends demons a e enhanced du abili y, ab asion esis ance, and dimensional s abili y,
making hem a o able o indus ial and echnical ab ics. Such di e si y o
applica ion a eas highligh s he lexibili y and comme cial po en ial o blended ya n

In his case, he wool ibe is less damaged du ing mechanical p ocessing by cleaning
and so ening , while he syn he ic ibe inc eases he s eng h and elas ici y o he
ya n. Thus, 50% wool + 50% ac ylic and 40% wool + 60% polyes e blends can be
used o p oduce h eads o a ious pu poses.
In he s ages o aw ma e ial p epa a ion, he a e age leng h o he cleaned and
so ened wool ibe s is de e mined i s , acco dingly, ac ylic ibe (PAN -
polyac yloni ile) and polyes e ibe (PET - polye hylene e eph hala e) a e cu in o
uni o m sec ions, 38–51 mm long, and an emulsion is p epa ed acco ding o he ecipe
gi en in Tables 2.1-2.2, each ibe is sp ayed wi h he emulsion laye by laye , allowed
o es o 24 hou s, and d ied while main aining 10% mois u e. Then, he i s
composi ion o 50% ka akul wool + 50% ac ylic ibe s and he second composi ion
o 40% ka akul wool + 60% polyes e ibe s a e sepa a ely subjec ed o he
mix u e p epa a ion - cleaning p ocess and uni o m dis ibu ion is ensu ed in he
mixing machine.

o a pneuma ic spinning machine is used o spin ya n can be applied.

ya n hickness ( ex) and wis coe icien ( α ) a e selec ed close o na u al ibe s. In a
40% wool + 60% polyes e blend, he wis is less due o he high polyes e con en ,
bu he s eng h is highe and The p ope ies o a 50% wool + 50% ac ylic blend
ya n a e high in so ness, because ac ylic ibe is a ibe simila in na u e o wool, has
good hea e en ion , high colo accep ance (ac ylic does no bleed when dyed), and
he ya n s uc u e is oluminous and b ea hable. 40% wool + 60% polyes e blend
ya n has high s eng h and du abili y , due o he polyes e con en , i has he abili y
o sh ink as a esul o we ing , hea p ese a ion is p o ided by he con ibu ion o
