nm. Using que ce in as a s anda d, in acco dance wi h he me hodology ecommended by GF RF XV.

Ma e ials and me hods: The objec o he s udy was g een wo mwood he b collec ed in he
Na yn egion o he Ky gyz Republic a an al i ude o 2700-3000 m abo e sea le el in Augus 2024.
Ul asonic ex ac ion: ex ac ion was ca ied ou in an ul asonic ba h a a empe a u e o 40°C
o 30 minu es. Wa e -alcohol solu ions o e hanol wi h concen a ions o 40%, 70%, and 96% we e
used as ex ac an s. Socsle appa a us: ex ac ion was ca ied ou o 6 hou s using a mix u e o
e hanol:chlo o o m:HCl (1:1:0.1). Quan i a i e de e mina ion o he o al la onoid con en was
ca ied ou spec opho ome ically using he aluminum chlo ide me hod. The analysis was pe o med
on a Shimadzu UV-1800 spec opho ome e (Japan) a a wa eleng h o 410 nm. The calib a ion cu e
was cons uc ed using que ce in as a s anda d sample.
Resul s. Compa a i e analysis showed ha eplacing a simple e hanol ex ac an wi h a mix u e
o e hanol: chlo o o m:HCl in he Soxhle me hod signi ican ly inc eases he ex ac ion o la onoids.
Chlo o o m p omo es he dissolu ion o lipophilic componen s, and acid p omo es he hyd olysis o
glycosides, eleasing aglycones, he eby inc easing he o al la onoid con en in he ex ac . This
e ec explains he highe alues ob ained by spec opho ome ic de e mina ion compa ed o
ul asonic ex ac ion.
Conclusion. Based on he s udy, i was ound ha he bes esul s o he la onoid con en in
g een wo mwood he b a e achie ed by Soxhle ex ac ion using a mix u e o e hanol:chlo o o m:HCl
(1:1:0.1). This me hod allows o he mos e icien ex ac ion o bo h pola and nonpola la onoid
compounds and can be ecommended o s anda dizing he echnology o ex ac ing biologically
ac i e subs ances om g een wo mwood he b.
