p epa a ion phase o he BBioNe s “D4.1 - Plan o Dissemina ion and Exploi a ion including

ho ough sea ch in he EU Funding & Tende s Po al and ecen Wo k P og ammes o disce n

in o ma ion was collec ed in an excel ile o acili a e p ojec selec ion based on ca e ully de e mined

engaged in a se ies o email exchanges wi h ep esen a i es o he EU-Fa mBook p ojec o
explo e collabo a ion ways. Based on hei sugges ion, nume ous p ojec pa ne s egis e ed
o and pa icipa ed in he EU-Fa mBook p e-launch e en , scheduled o be held on 8 h Feb ua y
2024. The expec ed collabo a ion would hen be pu sued acco ding o he speci ica ions
p o ided du ing he e en .
• Mid-Janua y, he BBioNe s coo dina o , Ms Ca men Gi ón Domínguez, was con ac ed by hei
homologue o he Soil-X-Change p ojec (BBioNe s’ sis e p ojec ) and in i ed o p esen online
he BBioNe s ision and objec i es a he Soil-X-Change kick-o mee ing on 23 d Janua y 2024.

The p ocess o iden i ying ele an p ojec s began du ing he p epa a ion phase o “D4.1 - Plan o
Dissemina ion and Exploi a ion including Communica ion ac i i ies”, when all conso ium pa ne s
we e asked o p o ide in o ma ion abou any p ojec s hey knew o and/o pa icipa ed in ha hey
deemed ele an o he BBioNe s scope and objec i es. The aim was o c ea e an ini ial pool o
po en ial “collabo a ion candida es” ha could be con ac ed along he way.
In pa allel, FOCUS was conduc ing a ho ough sea ch in he EU Funding & Tende s Po al. A e going
h ough Wo k P og ammes and disce ning po en ially ele an opics ac oss a ious des ina ions, i.e.
opics connec ed o he bioeconomy o p ima y p oduce s, he eam p oceeded o esea ch he
p oposals ha had been selec ed o unding. An excel ile was c ea ed o collec pe inen in o ma ion

egions in Eu ope.
NUTRI-CHECK NET aims o es ablish a sel -sus aining, mul i-ac o , Thema ic
Ne wo k ha builds a m-le el adop ion o bes ield-speci ic nu ien
managemen p ac ices ac oss Eu ope. In nine coun ies a me s’ C op Nu i ion Clubs (CNC) iden i y
and sha e he na u e o hei unce ain ies abou c op nu i ion, hei challenges and ba ie s o
change. Decision-sys ems and nu i ion ools (including comme cial p oduc s, se ices, and ecen
esea ch ou pu s) a e assembled by na ional expe s om ac oss Eu ope, including leading a me s,
in o a common online NUTRI-CHECK NET pla o m. CNCs will hen e alua e he e ec i eness o new
