combined documen analysis, benchma king wi h o he Eu opean alliances, audience mapping
and eedback collec ion om all Wo k Packages. This pa icipa o y me hodology enabled he
iden i ica ion o bes p ac ices, common needs, challenges and sha ed s a egic p io i ies o
guide he Alliance’s communica ion ac ions.

The UNITA communica ion plan is based on an analysis o he key public o s akeholde s linked
