p ojec ocused owa ds i s objec i es, mobilizing he necessa y esou ces and
moni o ing he p ojec pe o mance. I epo s o he go e ning laye bodies and ocuses
on day- o-day p ojec ope a ions.
P ojec Execu i e Boa d (PEB)
The PEB is he supe iso y body o he ad ances o he p ojec and is o med by WP
leade s and chai ed by he P ojec Manage . The WP Leade s a e: TECNALIA (WP1, WP2),
FRAUNHOFER (WP3), POLIMI (WP4), OST (WP5) and EHPA (WP6).
The PEB, execu i e body o he p ojec , is esponsible o p oposals and
ecommenda ions o he GA on he global s ee ing, moni o ing and managemen o he
p ojec , as well as o he execu ion o he GA decisions. The e o e, he PEB ac s as a
“co e g oup” assuming he execu i e decision making and suppo ing he P ojec

The Exploi a ion and Dissemina ion Team o EDT is composed o h ee expe s in he

managemen issues. The Exploi a ion Manage (EM, TECV) is esponsible o he
exploi a ion plan and ollow up on his plan, coo dina ing exploi a ion ac i i ies ac oss
pa ne s. The Dissemina ion & Communica ion Manage (DM, EHPA), on he o he side is
