The educa ional p ocess is no jus a dialogue be ween a eache and a s uden o a eache
eaching s uden s a subjec , bu also aising he u u e gene a ion in a quali y educa ional
en i onmen in he spi i o lo e o he Mo he land. They should be gi en knowledge, bo h
physically and men ally, and du ing he lesson, he eache should also de elop he s uden s

Teache Loba Tokhliye a says ha in p ac ice, wi h 35-40 s uden s in each class, i is
di icul o co e all s uden s in 1 academic hou (45 minu es). "Based on my expe ience, I can say
ha when he e a e 20-25 child en in he class oom, he lesson is much mo e e ec i e." You can
engage indi idually, explain he opic in de ail and de o e ime o ein o cing i . I depends on he
eache 's compe ence and quali ica ions. Bu i he e a e ew s uden s, i ime is limi ed, he quali y
o he lesson dec eases ega dless o he eache . Young eache s who do no ye ha e su icien
expe ience ha e a pa icula ly di icul ime in his ega d, s uden s' in e es in educa ion may
dec ease a a e y ea ly age and hey may no ecei e he necessa y knowledge o hei u u e.
This c ea es e y se ious p oblems la e . The lack o highly educa ed pe sonnel in he coun y
leads o an inc ease in unemploymen and a c isis in he economy, as well as a decline in he
coun y's epu a ion in he wo ld communi y. Because each s uden app oaches each subjec wi h
his own in e es and ision. In a class oom, o cou se, among 40-45 s uden s, he compe i ion is
wo old highe , i can be said ha hey each each o he wha hey do no know. Bu no all s uden s
who come o school a e he same.
Someone unde s ands ma hema ics well and likes o wo k wi h numbe s, while someone
else wan s o eci e poe y, analyze he wo ks o ou li e a y ances o s. Taking in o accoun he
in e es s o he s uden , one canno igno e a s uden who wan s o become an a hle e o musician.

Especially in u ban schools, he numbe o s uden s in class ooms is o en obse ed. Bu his does
no mean ha his is an insoluble p oblem. I is no so di icul o ind quali ied pe sonnel in u ban
cen e s, as is known. I he numbe o s uden s in a class oom exceeds he no m, i is ad isable o
di ide hem in o small g oups, and o ain s uden s wi h simila in e es s in one place, which bo h
sa es ime and egula es he sys em o p o iding quali y educa ion. In he p esence o cons an
communica ion wi h pa en s, gi ing s uden s asks and iden i ying mis akes and sho comings,
and encou aging hem when he ime comes, also has a posi i e e ec on s uden lea ning.

In conclusion, oday's you h a e he decisi e o ce o he na ion's omo ow. As ou
P esiden emphasized, "Educa ion is he main ac o de e mining he u u e o he coun y." Today,
special a en ion is paid o educa ion. In pa icula , p eschool and p ima y educa ion is he
