INTRODUCTION
In oday’s e a o apid globaliza ion and he accele a ed de elopmen o

socie y, especially in he educa ion sys em, is inc easing. In he p ocess o o ming a

When i comes o human na u e, o cou se, i is emphasized ha i is a hinking,
in elligen and a he same ime a social being. Indeed, le us no ake in o accoun wha
aspec s o i , he sho comings o i s quali ies(excep by biology), hey will e en ually
depend on he mind, hinking, communi y o man. In u n, he sociabili y and mind,

The pe iod o independence is associa ed wi h he es o a ion and de elopmen o
he spi i uali y o na ional independence, he de elopmen o he na ional language and
cul u e, na ional emo ions, he cul i a ion and s eng hening o pa io ism. The

membe s o socie y, each indi idual and especially young people, he deep in eg a ion
o ideas o independence in o he minds o people, e e yday li e. Na ional
