I. INTRODUCTION

goals (Al e ai e al., 2022). O ganiza ional communica ion seeks o show how communica ion changes in o ganiza ions can be
achie ed and shape human in e ac ions, how in o ma ion is unde s ood and used (Kleinbaum e al., 2008; Glaze , 2021). Thus,
o ganiza ional communica ion is a comp ehensi e and sys ema ic ea men o measu able communica ion a iables and
ela ionships (Shaki a, 2024). O ganiza ions a e he li eblood o con empo a y socie y and communica ion is he li eblood o
o ganiza ions, so communica ion pa e ns a e impo an o o ganiza ional li e o co po a e social esponsibili y, o ganiza ional

II. RESEARCH METHODS
This s udy employs a desc ip i e quali a i e app oach g ounded in a cons uc i is pa adigm. Wi hin quali a i e inqui y, he
esea che se es as he p ima y ins umen o collec ing, in e p e ing, and gi ing meaning o da a (Lew e al., 2018). The
cons uc i is pa adigm is used o explo e and cons uc an unde s anding o o ganiza ional communica ion pa e ns wi hin he
p oduc ion p ocess o he “Ti a” se ies. Cons uc i ism emphasizes ha eali y is no an objec i e en i y bu a p oduc o human
cogni ion in e ac ing wi h li ed expe iences. Thus, knowledge is con inuously cons uc ed h ough dialogue, in e p e a ion, and
he esea che ’s engagemen wi h in o man s’ pe spec i es (C eswell, 2018). Knowledge and he knowe a e insepa able in his
wo ld iew. The esea ch was conduc ed wi hin he p oduc ion di ision o he “Ti a” se ies, wi h he analysis uni consis ing o
p oduce s, line p oduce s, and p oduc ion o ice suppo s a . These uni s we e selec ed based on hei s a egic oles and
esponsibili ies in coo dina ing c ea i e decisions, managing p oduc ion wo k lows, and main aining communica ion ac oss
depa men s.
The esea ch si e is Jaka a, whe e mos p oduc ion ac i i ies occu , including p e-p oduc ion coo dina ion and on-se
ope a ions. Da a we e collec ed h ough obse a ions, in-dep h in e iews, and documen a ion e iew, ollowing Yin’s guidelines
(Yin, 2018). Fo da a analysis, his s udy u ilizes he amewo k p oposed by Miles, Hube man, and Saldaña (2018), which
includes h ee simul aneous ac i i ies: da a educ ion, da a display, and conclusion d awing/ e i ica ion (Miles e al., 2018). To
enhance analy ical igo , he quali a i e so wa e NVi o was employed as a da a-managemen ool. In e iew ansc ip s and ield
no es we e impo ed in o NVi o o open coding, ollowed by axial coding o connec subca ego ies in o b oade hemes. NVi o
ea u es such as nodes, ma ix coding que ies, and isualiza ion ools (including wo d clouds, hie a chy cha s, and concep ual
models) we e used o map communica ion pa e ns, iden i y ac o ela ionships, and ace he low o in o ma ion h oughou he
p oduc ion p ocess. The use o NVi o suppo s sys ema ic o ganiza ion, audi abili y, and anspa ency, s eng hening he
c edibili y o he esea ch indings.
III. RESEARCH RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Ti a is a cha ac e om he Bumilangi Cinema ic Uni e se, acqui ed by Disney o an eigh -episode ilm se ies. The Ti a
se ies ells he s o y o a college s uden named Suci, who d eams o becoming a amous s un woman. Howe e , Ti a aces
signi ican obs acles due o ac ophobia. Suci egula ly ains o become a s un woman. One day, Suci success ully sa es nine
child en whose li es a e h ea ened by being used as o e ings in a mys e ious i ual. Howe e , in e u n, Suci's li e is h ea ened
by being apped by an ancien cu se. Ul ima ely, Suci mus li e he days in a ious a emp s o ee he sel , acing nume ous
