A s udy by Sheikh, M. M. (2017) [4] e alua ed na ional

lacked unding, and he ecommended ha p omo ing

closing he digi al gap.

(2016) [5]. The bene i s o leisu e eading we e assessed

o alues, enjoymen , c ea i i y, and ad ancemen . The
