he eby po en ially imp o ing hei execu ion o essen ial baske ball mo emen s. Addi ionally, he s udy examined he ole o jump- ocused
exe cises in enhancing a hle es’ abili y o execu e complex skills ha demand p ecision, iming, coo dina ion, and mo o con ol. A
compa a i e analysis o p e- and pos - aining lexibili y and jumping abili y was conduc ed o de e mine he e ec i eness o he exe cise
egimen. Based on he ou comes, he esea ch aimed o p opose guidelines o in eg a ing lexibili y and jump- aining exe cises in o ou ine
baske ball p ac ice o boos pe o mance and educe he likelihood o inju ies.
No signi ican imp o emen was obse ed om ce ain selec ed exe cises on he lexibili y and jumping abili y o he baske ball playe s.
Pa icipan s we e chosen om Gu u Kashi Uni e si y, and he s udy was limi ed o male a hle es aged 18 o 25 yea s. A o al o 60 playe s
we e selec ed using andom sampling. The s udy was con ined o he academic yea 2023-2024 and 2024–2025. Da a collec ion ools
included he Si and Reach Tes o lexibili y and Ve ical Jump o Jumping, bo h adminis e ed be o e and a e he aining pe iod. A - es
was used o s a is ical analysis a a 0.05 signi icance le el. Resul s showed signi ican imp o emen in lexibili y and jumping abili y wi hin
he expe imen al g oup.

me hodologies. These exe cises, o en e med explosi e o
powe -d i en exe cises, a e essen ial in mode n a hle ic
de elopmen .
Team spo s, which in ol e mo e han wo playe s pe side
such as oo ball o handball equi e cons an in e ac ion and
adap a ion based on he opposi ion’s gameplay. E en
a hle es om indi idual o dual spo s may con ibu e o a
eam’s cumula i e sco e based on indi idual pe o mance.
Baske ball, a globally popula eam spo , is anked among
he op compe i i e games in many na ions. Co e baske ball
skills include se ing, ecei ing, and passing, all o which
a e c ucial o enhancing o e all gameplay. The spo o e s
ex ensi e oppo uni ies o de elop a ibu es such as
lexibili y, speed, agili y, powe , eac ion ime, balance,
muscula s eng h, endu ance, and coo dina ion.

baske ball, he esea che chose o in es iga e how physical

I was hypo hesized ha exe cise in e en ions would lead
o imp o emen s in bo h lexibili y and jumping abili y. The
s udy was limi ed o 30 male baske ball playe s aged 18–25
yea s. Fac o s like mo i a ional echniques, socio-economic
backg ound, and die we e no conside ed in he scope o
his s udy.
Pa icipan s we e selec ed om in e collegia e baske ball
playe s a Gu u Kashi Uni e si y using a simple andom
sampling me hod. The 30 selec ed a hle es we e equally
di ided in o wo ma ched g oups based on hei p e- es
esul s: an Expe imen al G oup and a Con ol G oup.
Flexibili y and jumping abili y we e assessed using he Si
and Reach Tes and he Ve ical Jump Tes , espec i ely,
be o e and a e he in e en ion. S a is ical analysis
e ealed signi ican imp o emen s in bo h pa ame e s
wi hin he expe imen al g oup, suppo ing he o iginal
hypo hesis.
Ma e ils and Me hods
The s udy employed a simple andom expe imen al design.
Based on baseline es ing, pa icipan s we e assigned o
ei he an Expe imen al G oup (G oup A) o a Con ol G oup
(G oup B). G oup A unde wen a specialized six-week (45-
day) aining egimen, while G oup B main ained hei usual
physical ac i i ies wi hou any addi ional in e en ion.
The aining schedule o he Expe imen al G oup consis ed
o sessions held six days a week in he e enings. Ini ially,
sessions las ed o one hou pe day, g adually inc easing by
15-minu e in e als e e y wo weeks, ul ima ely eaching 90
minu es in he inal phase. The con ol g oup con inued wi h
s anda d aining ou ines, including ec ea ional ac i i ies
such as badmin on.
Bo h g oups pe o med a wa m-up o 15–20 minu es p io
o aining sessions. The Expe imen al G oup ollowed a
s uc u ed, a ge ed aining plan designed o enhance
lexibili y and e ical jump capaci y.

Conclusions
The selec ed exe cises signi ican ly enhanced lexibili y in
baske ball playe s.
