ollowing cases - o o m a conscious a i ude owa ds gende s e eo ypes in people, o each hem
o eely exp ess hei opinions, and o es ablish equali y in in e pe sonal ela ionships h ough
co ec i e me hods. The main psychological me hods used in he aining p ocess: Role-playing -
empa hy is o med by al e na ing male and emale oles; Discussion and e lec ion - pa icipan s
analyze hei expe iences; Psychod ama - o e coming in e nal ba ie s by posing gende con lic s;
Cogni i e eapp aisal - a echnique o analyzing and changing s e eo yped hough s; Th ough
aining exe cises - posi i e changes can be made h ough coope a ion, communica ion, and he
s udy o socio-spi i ual oles. In applied psychology, psychological aining p og ams aimed a
educing gende s e eo ypes a e success ully used in he educa ion sys em, co po a e eams, and
amily psychology.
Conclusion
The esul s o he s udy show ha a e he aining, he ollowing changes we e obse ed
in he pa icipan s: The le el o gende s e eo ypes dec eased; Emo ional empa hy inc eased; Sel -
con idence inc eased; The le el o social adap a ion imp o ed. Gende s e eo ypes a e o med in
