pa icipan s ha helped expand hei own knowledge and ne wo k, posi ion hemsel es and
become c i ical o hei wo k.
Acco ding o ESRs eedback, he nex TW should ocus on hands-on ac i i ies ha engage hem
in collabo a ion and discussion, a he han passi e p esen a ions ha hey should a end.
