2 LITERATURE SURVEY

examining he s a egic, human-cen ic, and e hical dimensions o sus ainable leade ship and hei impac on o ganiza ional
pe o mance among Indian MSMEs [9]-[10].
3 CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK AND HYPOTHESES

In eme ging economies, sus ainabili y-d i en leade ship beha io enhances s akeholde us , s eng hens ela ional ne wo ks,
and suppo s inno a ion pa hways [3]. Such leade s build ins i u ional capaci y o con inuous imp o emen , empowe ing
employees o con ibu e o o ganiza ional goals, he eby enhancing p oduc i i y and long- e m pe o mance [4]. Resea ch also

4 METHODOLOGY
4.1 Resea ch Design
This s udy adop s a quan i a i e esea ch design o empi ically examine he e ec o sus ainable leade ship p ac ices on
o ganiza ional pe o mance in Indian MSMEs. A c oss-sec ional su ey me hod was used o collec p ima y da a om manage ial-
le el esponden s, enabling sys ema ic assessmen o leade ship pe cep ions, sus ainabili y p ac ices, and pe o mance ou comes.

4.2 Popula ion and Sampling
The a ge popula ion consis s o Mic o, Small, and Medium En e p ises (MSMEs) ope a ing in India ac oss manu ac u ing
and se ice sec o s. Responden s include senio manage s, ounde s, unc ional heads, and HR leade s wi h di ec insigh s in o
leade ship p ac ices and o ganiza ional ope a ions. A pu posi e sampling echnique was adop ed o a ge MSMEs demons a ing
o mal managemen s uc u es. A sample size o 200 MSMEs was conside ed app op ia e based on simila empi ical s udies and
s a is ical adequacy o eg ession-based analysis. Ou o he dis ibu ed ques ionnai es, 162 alid esponses we e ob ained,
yielding an e ec i e esponse a e o 81%, which is consis en wi h accep able s anda ds o o ganiza ional su eys.

5 RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
5.1 Desc ip i e Analysis

o ganiza ions. Mean sco es o he sus ainable leade ship dimensions anged om 3.84 o 4.21, indica ing mode a ely high
adop ion o e hical leade ship, employee empowe men , and inno a ion-suppo i e p ac ices among he su eyed MSMEs.
O ganiza ional pe o mance measu es also showed posi i e mean alues anging om 3.76 o 4.18, indica ing heal hy pe cei ed
pe o mance ac oss employee ou comes, cus ome sa is ac ion, and inno a ion capabili y.
5.2 Reliabili y and Validi y Resul s
C onbach’s alpha alues o all cons uc s exceeded 0.70, con i ming s ong in e nal consis ency. Explo a o y ac o analysis
yielded ac o loadings abo e 0.60, a i ming cons uc alidi y. Table 2 p esen he esul s ob ained.

5.3 Co ela ion Analysis

pe o mance ( = 0.63, p < 0.01), sugges ing ha highe adop ion o sus ainabili y-o ien ed leade ship is associa ed wi h supe io
o ganiza ional ou comes.
5.4 Reg ession / SEM Resul s
Mul iple eg ession/SEM analysis demons a ed ha sus ainable leade ship signi ican ly p edic s o ganiza ional pe o mance
(β = 0.57, = 9.41, p < 0.001), explaining 42% o he a iance in pe o mance (R² = 0.42).

sus ainabili y-d i en leade ship on long- e m o ganiza ional success and capabili y building [1]–[3]. The posi i e in luence on
pe o mance dimensions — including p oduc i i y, cus ome sa is ac ion, and inno a ion — u he suppo s e idence ha

6 CONCLUSION AND FUTURE SCOPE
This s udy examined he in luence o sus ainable leade ship p ac ices on o ganiza ional pe o mance in Indian MSMEs. The
indings demons a e ha sus ainabili y-o ien ed leade ship — cha ac e ized by e hical conduc , employee empowe men , suppo
o inno a ion, and s akeholde - ocused managemen — plays a c ucial ole in enhancing bo h inancial and non- inancial
