as e speech ecogni ion skills and demons a e be e comp ehension o global and speci ic
in o ma ion. Addi ionally, au hen ic lis ening lessons boos lea ne con idence and p omo e
au onomous lea ning habi s, as s uden s become amilia wi h he complexi ies o na u al speech
[2; 134-p]. These indings highligh he necessi y o inco po a ing au hen ic ma e ials in o egula
EFL ins uc ion.
Conclusion
To conclude, au hen ic ma e ials se e as a powe ul esou ce o imp o ing lis ening
comp ehension in English language lea ning. Thei exposu e o na u al language inpu ,
