The s udy also employs p o essional s anda ds and guidelines om in e na ional o ganiza ions, alongside ecognized
bes p ac ices such as ABC analysis, pe pe ual in en o y sys ems and PDCA managemen cycles. The ABC me hod
enables companies o eassess hei p oduc mix o p icing adjus men s. In some cases, i can unco e oppo uni ies
o cos educ ion h ough imp o ed p oduc design and con inuous p ocess e inemen , yielding cus ome bene i s,
highe e en ion a es and s onge compe i i e posi ioning [4]. One o he PDCA cycle’s o emos p inciples is o analyze
all po en ial ac o s be o e concen a ing on hose ha cause he p oblem, he eby elimina ing he isk o o e looking
any ac o [5].
The analysis p oceeded in s ages: iden i ica ion o key concep s, objec i es o in e nal in en o y managemen and

in eg a ion wi hin o ganiza ions. Such a diagnos ic ool would help iden i y weak poin s and guide de elopmen

ac o s, especially in small and medium-sized en e p ises—me i s dedica ed a en ion.
