ОБУЧЕНИЕ ТРЕНИНГ РАЗВИТИЮ УВЕРЕННОСТИ В СЕБЕ И НАПОРИСТОГО
ПОВЕДЕНИЯ
Аннотация. В настоящем исследовании представлены аналитические результаты,
основанные на теоретических данных о формировании уверенности в себе и развитии
ассертивного поведения в психологическом тренинге. Также представлены данные
исследований, проведенных опытными психологами-тренерами по тренингам вывода
человека из стрессовой ситуации и повышения уверенности в себе. В ходе исследования
рассматриваются преимущества использования психологических методов развития
поведения в современных психологических тренингах и этапы реализации психологического
интервью.

model o posi i e beha io . A ec i e beha io is discussed in psychology as a quali y o
pe sonali y and is in e p e ed as an indica o o a holis ic desc ip ion o indi idual ac i i y. In

In conclusion, we can say ha when using mode n me hods in o ganizing psychological
ainings, inc easing a pe son's sel -con idence, elimina ing beha io al and psychological
p oblems depends mainly on he psychologis - aine . I he aine uses psychological me hods
co ec ly, he abili y o de elop a pe son's sel -con idence and show him he igh pa h ce ainly
depends on he expe ience o he psychologis - aine . The ask o he aine , in addi ion o
