indus y. The REBOOT p ojec aims o connec hei s eng hs, iden i y and o e come weaknesses,
and plan o u u e compe i i eness in he ields o policy, p ac ices and expe iences. Mo e
conc e ely, he p ojec ’s objec i es a e, on he one hand, o explo e he long-s anding s eng hs and
pe asi e gaps in Eu opean audio isual compe i i eness and policies o compe i i eness-including
ways o ‘measu ing’, ‘analysing’ and ‘e alua ing’ he impac o policies and s a egic pa hways. The
p ojec aspi es o ocus a en ion on ac i ely p epa ing o he u u e by explo ing audience
p e e ences and how hese a e gene a ed, as well as modes o ilm con en p oduc ion.

changing echnological and socio-economic landscape.
The objec i e o he policy ound able was o connec Reboo ’s esea ch indings wi h policy p ac ice,
acili a ing dialogue be ween esea che s, policymake s, and indus y p o essionals. The session
aimed o iden i y how e idence gene a ed h ough he p ojec can con ibu e o shaping u u e

ques ions shaping he indus y’s u u e.
