INTRODUCTION

wins (DT) o e an inno a i e solu ion by in eg a ing senso s, p edic i e models, and me eo ological da a o au oma e eal- ime i iga ion decisions. In ecen yea s, a
DT called I iDesK (h ps://i idesk.com/) has been success ully es ed, which allows RDI s a egies o be applied au oma ically.

MATERIALS AND METHODS
The s udy was ca ied ou on a p ocessing oma o a m in Tala e a la Real (Badajoz,
Spain), di iding he plo in o h ee managemen zones:
The soil was cha ac e ised using Dualem-1S senso s (appa en elec ical conduc i i y)
and mois u e senso s (Te os 10), he mal senso s and wa e me e s we e ins alled.
I iDesK in eg a ed his in o ma ion wi h me eo ological da a and a seasonal i iga ion
plan, applying RDI s a egies in he ipening phase. The amoun o wa e applied c op
yield and ui quali y we e moni o ed and compa ed be ween zones. In bo h yea s, se en
con ol poin s we e es ablished. In addi ion, nine addi ional moni o ing poin s we e added
o he con ol poin s. The con ol poin s we e selec ed using he soil cha ac e ized maps
and analysis o he NVDI a ia ion in he a m om his o ic sen inel 2 sa elli e images.
CONCLUSIONS
•I iDesK enabled RDI s a egies o be applied au oma ically and e icien ly, imp o ing ui
yield and quali y wi h less wa e use, ou pe o ming con en ional me hods and o he
p ecision ag icul u e pla o ms.
•I s scalabili y, adap abili y, and po en ial o in eg a e a i icial in elligence (AI) posi ion i
as a key sus ainable solu ion o clima e change.

In 2023, I iDesK achie ed he g ea es wa e
sa ings (26%) and he g ea es economic
e iciency (284.81 €/mm) compa ed o he a me 's
managemen ( able 1). E_AP also ou pe o med
he a me , achie ing 13% sa ings and an
economic e iciency o 202.92 (€/mm). In 2024,
E_AP main ained high e iciency 279.01 (€/mm)
and achie ed 12% sa ings. By con as , I iDesK
did no sa e wa e ha yea (+3%), as i was
e alua ed unde mo e demanding spa ial a iabili y
condi ions.
In 2023, I iDesK in zone B achie ed high p oduc ion (140 /ha) wi h lowe
wa e use and good quali y (5.42). In 2024, when implemen ed in zone A,
he yield ob ained he p e ious yea imp o ed, eaching 126 /ha and
highe quali y (5.82), demons a ing i s abili y o adap o he e ogeneous
soils.

( ipening), i applied RDI s a egies, educing

comme cial yield.
